Homes and Land
Home & Land Agency understand the built form, the builder’s workflow processes and the benefits of a well-managed multi-builder delivery model that provides choice whilst integrating the benefits of well-planned home and land solutions. It is essential to deliver the right style of product to market with the correct mix of choice via quality home and land packages, land sales and apartment product in appropriate locations.
Dedicated Project Focus
Often local agents utilise project marketing efforts to secure enquiry for their general real estate activities rather than solely focusing on the project at hand. We focus purely on servicing each project and maximising sales for the developer and the project builders.
Best Practice Customer Service
Home & Land Agency guide customers through all of the major decisions and red tape when deciding to buy residential land or building a new home. We believe in the highest level of customer service and also have countless years of experience in real estate sales and property development.

In 2012 Nick branched out and established a property advisory and project marketing consultancy business which has evolved into a new business arrangement with other highly experienced and proven real estate professionals creating Home & Land Agency, specialising in the sale of major residential and mixed use projects and small lot advisory services.
